Lewes Flea Market
Located in the charming town of Lewes, this indoor flea market is a haven for antique lovers and treasure hunters. Housed in a historic chapel, it offers a wide range of items, including vintage furniture, jewellery, books, and artwork. There is a real eclectic mix here and the possibility to get lost in its charm for some time!

I spotted a bunch of beautiful vintage jumpers and dresses on my last visit, and I still regret not purchasing the authentic Norwegian poncho. I picked up some CDs and handcrafted greeting cards.

Brighton Flea Market
Brighton is known for its vibrant shopping scene, and the Brighton Flea Market in Kemptown is no exception to this. Distinguished by its bright pink exterior, Brighton Flea Market is a real hidden gem.

Open daily, it features two floors of an ever-changing selection of antiques, vintage clothing, retro homeware, and bric-a-brac. If vintage, cute and thrifty is your bag, then this is the perfect flea market in Sussex for you.
You will find all sorts of oddities from dentists’ equipment, taxidermy to antique glassware to old school dinner spoons. It is a vintage hunter’s dream come true!

Brighton Marina Car Boot
Brighton Marina’s Car Boot is Brighton’s oldest car boot sale, going back over thirty years. Here you can find a range of furniture, antiques, fruit, collectables, bric-a-brac, toys, kitchenware, clothes and shoes.
This market is known for its cheerful and colourful atmosphere. It is a nice place to browse with a cup of coffee, taking in the beautiful sea views also. It also helps going here on a nice day!

Entrance for buyers is free, as is parking and there is a food van on site.
When: every Sunday, year-round. 6am – 2pm.

Ford Airfield Market
Ford Airfield Market is one of the largest open-air flea markets in Sussex, situated near the gorgeous town of Arundel. Alongside household goods and fresh produce, you’ll find stalls selling antiques, furniture, collectables, and second-hand treasures.
This market has been family run for over three decades, in which they have fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-air market runs each Sunday, while the car boot sale runs on Thursdays and Saturdays, regardless of the weather. Some people do their Christmas shopping here, too. It is advised to double-check the timings for when buyers and sellers can arrive/leave.

Hastings Makers Market
Hastings Makers Market is hosted at The Yard throughout the year, with over 50 wonderful, eclectic stalls. You will find everything, from a range of locally produced crafts, vintage finds, hand-baked dog treats to vintage treasure, wooden live-edge furniture and artisan ceramics.

When: 2025 dates: November 29th – 11am to 4pm, December 13th – 11 am to 4 pm

Ardingly Antiques Fair
While not a weekly flea market, this internationally renowned fair is held several times a year at the South of England Showground. It attracts dealers and collectors from across the UK and beyond, offering high-quality antiques, decorative items, and vintage finds.

Rye Flea Market is a weekly, free-entry flea market in Sussex. Showcasing a range of vintage, collectables, retro, jewellery, clothing, arts, crafts, treasures and quirky finds.

Petworth Antique Market
For a more upmarket experience, Petworth Antiques Market offers a unique collection of antiques, vintage and decorative furniture, clothing, jewellery, retro relics and much more.
From fine tableware and decorative furniture to vintage and retro finds, the market offers a plethora of unique treasures.
