With a thriving food and coffee scene in Brighton, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the amount of choice available. You will love these four places to grab a matcha latte in Brighton.
With many amazing independent cafes and coffee shops, this star drink appears to be increasingly popular. Have it warmed, over ice or with a scrumptious strawberry syrup. I personally cannot get enough of matcha, and it is a refreshing alternative to my usual oat latte.
Matcha lattes are having a moment in the Western World, albeit an ancient, ceremonial practice in Asia. There is an increase in interest and popularity in matcha, alongside the interest in health and wellness. Matcha powder is caffeinated but gives an almost gentler caffeine boost.

Matcha has various health benefits, including a host of antioxidants and a unique taste. It is a versatile ingredient and can be made into not only delicious, refreshing drinks but cookies and baked goods alike.
I have tried and tested some of the best matcha lattes in Brighton and showcasing my best picks right here.
